Once Upon a Time: ||Birthday - Remember that the current year is 3108, and that Sailor Moon and the Asteroid Senshi look about sixteen, if that helps.||
How Many Candles Shall I Light for You Tonight?: ||Age.||
I'm As Young as I Feel: ||What age does your character –appear- to be?||

All My Love: ||Things your character enjoys.||
There Never Were Sparks Between Us: ||Conversely, things your character dislikes.||
With All My Heart, I Love: ||Boys, Girls, Both? Sexuality, basically.||
When I Wish Upon a Star: ||What are your characters’ goals and ambitions?||

Everything in its Place: ||Royalty, Senshi, Courtier, Citizen, Etc – Be specific!||
What Helps Me Save the Day: ||If applicable. For senshi, what kind of element do their powers revolve around? Do they have any special talents? What are their strengths and weakness? This should be a good few sentences.||

There and Back Again: ||Bio. Basically, what has gotten the character from there to here? Circumstances of birth, childhood, etc. This should be several solid paragraphs – more is always welcome.||
I Won’t Change Who I Am: ||Personality. What makes the character tick? Are they aggressive, an intellect, a social butterfly? Both positive and negative traits should be included here. Give us some insight as to who they are as a person.||
Your Memory Burns Brightest: ||What does the character look like? Use sentences, please. Also, if you are creating a senshi, details about their uniform would be nice.||
